What tablecloth colours do you offer?
We currently offer our premium tablecloths in five versatile colours: White, Black, Ivory, Red, and Blue. If you are looking for a specific colour scheme or theme for your event, feel free to get in touch with our team to discuss your styling needs!
Will the tablecloth cover the table all the way to the ground?
Yes, depending on the size of your table:

6ft Trestle Tables: Our 220 x 330 cm tablecloth provides a full drop, covering the table to the ground from all four sides.

8ft Trestle Tables: The tablecloth will reach the floor on the longer sides and fall to lap height on the shorter ends.

Joined 8ft Tables: If you are joining two 8ft tables together end-to-end, hiring two tablecloths will provide enough length and width to cover all four exterior sides completely to the floor.
Who is responsible for washing the tablecloths?
We take care of the cleaning! The hire fee includes professional washing and ironing, so you do not need to worry about laundering the cloths after your event. Simply return them in the provided hire bags once your event concludes.
How are the tablecloths delivered and packaged?
All tablecloths are delivered freshly laundered and neatly folded in protective hire bags.
Pro Tip for Setting Up: Because the cloths are folded for transport, minor fold lines may be visible upon unpacking. We recommend laying the tablecloths over your tables the night before your event. This gives the fabric time to settle naturally and significantly reduces crease visibility by the next day! If you need an immaculate, crease-free finish immediately, a quick pass with a garment steamer or steam iron once they are draped on the tables works wonders.
What happens if a tablecloth gets spilled on or stained during the event?
Standard laundering for typical food and drink spills is covered in your hire fee. However, permanent stains (such as wax, ink, heavy grease, or burns) or physical damage (tears and mold from being packed away wet) may incur a replacement fee. We recommend shaking off excess food and ensuring cloths are dry before bagging them for return.
How far in advance should I book my tablecloths?
We recommend securing your hire items as early as possible—especially during peak wedding and event seasons—to ensure your preferred colours and quantities are reserved for your date.
